The membership categories for the 2026–2027 season are listed below. Total fees include annual membership charges paid to Swimming Australia (SAL) and Swimming Northern Territory (SNT), as well as insurance for each registered swimmer. All competitive swimmers must purchase their membership before entering any swim meets.

​Important Notes

• A Parent/Guardian Membership is required for swimmers under 18, as per Swimming NT and Swimming Australia requirements.

• Membership fees help cover club expenses, including lane hire, annual SNT affiliation fees, accounting and audit fees, club relay entry fees, BBQs, awards night, training equipment, and clubhouse expenses.

• Fundraising is essential — membership fees DO NOT cover all costs. The Club relies on parents, supporters, and sponsors.

• Pool entry fees apply at Casuarina Aquatic Leisure Centre. City of Darwin rates are available HERE.

Membership Fees (incl GST and Swim Central fees)​

​2026-2027 Competitive Swimmer

Membership Fee: $240.76
Annual membership for swimmers aged 9 years and over seeking regular, structured competitive swimming opportunities at all levels. Eligible to compete in Club, Regional, State, Interstate, National, and International events.

2026-2027 Junior Swimmer (Competitive)

Membership Fee: $156.99
Annual membership for swimmers aged 8 years and under beginning their competitive swimming journey. Eligible to compete in Come and Try, Club Nights, Club, Regional, and SNT non‑championship events.

2026-2027 Competitive Swimmer (July – December)

Membership Fee: $162.11
Six‑month membership valid from 1 July to 31 December 2026. Designed for swimmers seeking structured competitive opportunities for half the year. Eligible to compete in Club and SNT events. Not eligible for National or International events.

 

2026-2027 Social Swimmer

Membership Fee: $198.77

Annual membership for swimmers aged 9 years and over who swim for recreation and fitness. Ideal for those participating in Club Nights and Come and Try events.

2026-27 Junior Dolphin

Membership Fee: $20.80

Membership for children aged 4–8 years transitioning from learn‑to‑swim programs. Eligible to attend Club Nights and Come and Try events. Not eligible to compete at official Club or SNT‑hosted swim meets.

2026-2027 Parent/Guardian

Membership Fee: $20.85
Mandatory annual membership for parents/guardians of swimmers under 18. At least one parent or guardian must join.​

2026-2027 Club Committee Member

Membership Fee: FREE
Available to approved club committee members. Requires club approval, a valid Ochre Card, and completion of the Safeguarding Children and Young People in Sport certificate.
