On the day of the meet:
-
Entries will be open til 5pm the day prior. After that, when the meet is closed for entries, the events will automatically seed.
-
We will need volunteer timekeepers (2 per lane) using our Dolphin timing system. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with your club, is easy to do and means that the load is shared amongst all parents.
-
We will have a shared dinner post racing - please bring a plate to share.

Any questions, please do not hesitate to email casuarinastorm@gmail.com
At our first club night we will also go through exactly how the races will be run with a test race first up. Hope to see you all there.
